Together, We
Can Change Lives
Our Story
In the heart of Mukusu Gomba, Uganda, lies a story of hope, compassion, and transformation. Founded by Namata Joyce and Kalule Edrine, Jodrine Foundation is more than just an NGO; it's a beacon of light in a community facing immense challenges.
It all began with a simple observation – children walking long, weary miles to school, mothers risking their lives for lack of nearby healthcare, and the absence of clean water crippling everyday life. Namata and Edrine couldn't ignore the plight of their village any longer. Determined to make a difference, they embarked on a journey to bring change, one project at a time.
With limited resources but boundless determination, they established Jodrine Junior School, offering education to children who once had no access. Volunteers like Mulondo Viene, Resty Mukyala, Nansukusa Harriet, and others poured their hearts into the cause, teaching, nurturing, and inspiring the next generation.
But the mission doesn't stop there. Jodrine Foundation is on a quest to build wells for clean water, construct a hospital for accessible healthcare, and provide essential resources like textbooks, desks, and uniforms for the school. Every step forward is a testament to the unwavering dedication of the team and the generosity of supporters like you.
Join us in rewriting the story of Mukusu Gomba. Together, we can create a future where every child has the opportunity to learn, every family has access to healthcare, and every dream is within reach. Welcome to Jodrine Foundation – where hope meets action, and change begins with compassion.
